Company Events & Community Outreach
All work and no play is bad for your health. The Concord Group values professional and personal well being, so we plan many annual employee activities.
- Every summer we bring all of our employees together for the annual Employee Appreciation Day.
- During the holiday season, we celebrate employee achievements at our annual Holiday Parties.
- In August, The Concord Group invites employees to enjoy a fun round of golf at the Annual Ray Walker Golf Tournament at the Lake Sunapee Country Club.
- In March, we hold our Annual Business Meeting for all employees. The purpose is to keep the lines of communication open. At this time we discuss company status, updates to benefits, and other employee related issues.
- It’s not uncommon to find The Concord Group at a local resort area for a festive company outing.
Community Outreach
- Every October The Concord Group hosts its annual United Way Campaign. We currently have an 88% participation rate and raised $18,625.00 for pledge year 2006.
- The Concord Group is proud to host “Santa’s Helpers”, a division of Operation Santa Claus. Through raffles, luncheons, special events and personal donations, we sponsored 100 children for the 2008 holiday season
